Counterflow pellet cooler for biomass pellet line
The counter current cooling principle is used to cool the particles with high temperature and humidity, avoiding the sudden cooling caused by direct contact between cold air and hot materials, thus preventing the particles from surface cracking.
1.Octagonal cooling box design is adopted, with no dead angle for cooling.
2.Air shutter is used for feeding, with large air inlet area and remarkable cooling effect.
3. The slide valve reciprocating discharge mechanism is adopted, which ensures smooth and reliable movement and small residue.
4.Low energy consumption and simple operation.
5.The finished product temperature after cooling shall not be higher than room temperature+3 ℃~5C, which is applicable to the cooling of pellet materials.
6.There is also a cooler with a flap discharge mechanism for selection. The hydraulic driven discharge mechanism is mainly used for cooling biomass particles and feed particles.
